Dan is a trial lawyer specializing in personal injury and insurance claims. The firm also handles corporate transactional matters, civil litigation, as well as business and real estate transactional matters. Dan has extensive experience litigating a full range of civil and insurance related cases in state and federal court. Dan is licensed in Florida, Colorado, and Washington D.C. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

In 2006, Dan began his legal career as a trial lawyer in West Palm Beach, Florida where he defended cases on behalf of insurance companies and corporate clients. In 2010 he returned to Boca Raton, Florida to represent individuals in insurance and personal injury litigation. Working at one of the oldest law firms in Boca Raton, Dan sharpened his trial advocacy, transactional, and corporate governance skills.

In 2013 Dan opened his own firm where he continues to help individuals navigate their legal challenges. Dan represents a wide variety of clients in both the litigation and business world. Of all the verdicts, settlements, and deals Dan has achieved, he is most proud of his work representing victims of sexual assault.

Dan is a native of Florida and Boca Raton. He is a 1999 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College. He attended law school at Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center. Dan is also a proud alumni of Gulf Stream School.

Dan lives in Boca Raton with his wife and two children. He is a member of The Boca Raton Historical Society and The Boca Raton Little League. He also devotes his pro bono time to helping individuals affected by the pandemic in foreclosure and eviction cases.    

Dan is also Of Counsel with the Mineo Salcedo Law Firm, where he represents homeowners in first party property damage claims.

LAWRENCE “Larry” TAUBE Esq has been a Florida trial lawyer for the past 37 years. Larry has represented businesses and individuals throughout the state of Florida in civil litigation and business transactional matters during his career. In addition to fighting for the rights of individuals, Larry has extensive business experience representing some of the nation’s largest financial institutions and real estate developers.

Larry has primarily served as both special and general counsel in state and federal courts for countless limited liability companies, financial institutions, trusts and other business entities involved in the general area of finance, construction and real estate development including but not limited to the formation, structure and compliance matters.

Larry graduate of Florida State University (B.S. ‘77) as well as the University of Tennessee (J.D. ‘83) and holds a license to practice law in Florida and California as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Larry works closely with Dan Dickenson on personal injury, civil litigation, and corporate transactional matters. Larry is a long time resident of Palm Beach County. Larry devotes a portion of his practice performing pro bono work on behalf of individuals and charitable organizations. In his free time, Larry enjoys boating and playing guitar. Larry and Dan have worked together for the past 6 years on a wide variety of matters.
